We have some exciting news, Smartdog digital has been selected to provide a training seminar for the Leeds Chamber of Commerce. I am personally delighted to be undertaking this training on behalf of the Chamber and we hope that this initial workshop will be a good trial run before we decide to launch our own training programs in the near future.
What is Web Analytics?

Essentially, Web Analytics is a business process used to continually improve your online business. This training workshop is aimed at educating businesses about the process of Web Analytics.
Website data can be used to make crucial business decisions both online and offline, it also provides users of said data with key business intelligence. The problem for many key decision makers is knowing the right questions to ask of the data, here is where an experienced web analytics specialist comes in.
I’ve seen thousands of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), even small local business who all have Google Analytics installed but not many of them even the Blue Chip companies have really implemented Web Analytics as an overall part of their business process.
With online marketing becoming an even more viable alternative to expensive traditional or digital channels such as TV etc. it is crucial now that businesses start realising the importance of web data and how insights from that data can be used to improve their online revenue, measure and improve their overall performance as a business online.
